Jason joined Jellum Law in 2026, where he represents financial institutions in a wide range of civil litigation matters. He brings more than two decades of experience in representing creditors, having spent 21 years practicing at one of the nation’s largest creditors’ rights law firms.
Jason’s practice is grounded in extensive experience with litigation, regulatory matters, compliance, and audit issues, allowing him to provide practical, strategic counsel to his clients.
He earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from William Mitchell School of Law and holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
Outside of the office, Jason enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and relaxing at his cabin in northern Minnesota. When he’s not there, you’ll likely find him on his bike—riding year-round, regardless of the season.
