About Avery Duarte
Raised in Watertown, SD, Avery attended South Dakota State University, where she earned a degree in Elementary Education. Before joining Jellum Law, she taught third grade in Volga, South Dakota. Avery became part of our team in 2025 as an Administrative Assistant
She now lives in Cottage Grove, MN with her husband and their Golden Retriever, Frankie. In her free time, Avery enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, and exploring all that Minnesota has to offer.
