Brianna joined Jellum Law in 2025 and worked previously as in house counsel at a national commercial bank top ranked for 7(a) loans, where she obtained extensive experience providing legal counsel in SBA guaranteed transactions and closings pertaining to commercial real estate acquisitions, debt refinance, equipment and inventory financing, business acquisitions, and other complex transactions. She is well known for being highly detail oriented and a top producer who consistently provides exceptional service while seamlessly adapting to the needs of each client. New to Minnesota, Brianna is a native Floridian from Orlando where she graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2015 and Florida A&M University College of Law in 2019 where she also worked as an inaugural intern in the Conviction Integrity Unit within the Ninth Judicial Circuit Court of Florida, assisting in ehighxtrajudicial, fact-based reviews of secured convictions to investigate plausible allegations of actual innocence. In her free time, she enjoys going to concerts, searching for vinyl in record stores, and buying plants at farmer markets.
