Courtney joined the firm in 2022 as an attorney licensed in Tennessee with extensive experience representing community, regional and national lending institutions in the government guaranteed lending sphere with a practice centered around the legal and financial aspects of commercial real estate acquisitions, debt refinance, business acquisitions and other sophisticated transactions. Before joining Jellum Law, Courtney was in-house counsel for a regional lending institution with a national small business lending platform. Courtney is consistently recognized for her ability to balance high productivity with exceptional service.
In her free time, Courtney enjoys kayaking, reading, traveling and spending time with her husband, son, and goldendoodle. Courtney and her family reside in Knoxville, Tennessee where they cheer on the Tennessee Volunteers and are active members of their church. She also enjoys hiking in the mountains, discovering new restaurants, and visiting theme parks with her family.
