About David W. Zukowski

David is an attorney with Jellum Law licensed in California practicing primarily in the following areas:

David joined the firm in 2023 as a Law Clerk. He is originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and works from San Francisco, California. David has served in government as a U.S. Coast Guard officer, Associate National Bank Examiner with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), and Presidential Management Fellow with both the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), Office of Credit Risk Management (OCRM) and Federal Trade Commission (FTC), Bureau of Consumer Protection.

David attended law school at the University of California, Berkeley. There he was a supervising editor of the Berkeley Business Law Journal, a pro bono volunteer with the CARES Act Small Business Project, a FASPE legal ethics fellow, and completed judicial externships with Vice Chancellor Joseph R. Slights III, Delaware Court of Chancery and the Honorable Patrick J. Bumatay, U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit.

David holds an MBA from American University, and a B.S. in Government from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy. David is a Senior Research Fellow at the California Constitution Center. He is active in community service in San Francisco where he tutors English as a Second Language for Ukrainian refugees.

In his free time David skis and enjoys endurance racing.
