About Kim M. Ray

Kim is an attorney with Jellum Law, practicing primarily in the following areas:

Licensed in Tennessee since 2005, Kim has spent her career representing a variety of community, regional and national lenders in closing, servicing, operational and regulatory matters, with a particular emphasis on government-guaranteed lending. Prior to joining Jellum Law in 2022, she served as in-house legal counsel for a nationwide small business lender. Kim takes great pride in using her strong organizational skills and attention to detail to help her clients reach their goals.

Kim is a native of Morristown, Tennessee, but has called Knoxville, Tennessee home for more than twenty years. She received her J.D. with a concentration in business transactions from the University of Tennessee College of Law and is a member of the Tennessee bar.  In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, traveling, and working in her garden.
