About Shay Bratland
Shay is a Law Clerk with Jellum Law on the Transaction Team.
Born and raised in Watertown, South Dakota. Shay is a graduate from the University of South Dakota(B.S.). Currently, Shay is attending law school at the University of South Dakota Knudson School of Law. While in law school, he clerked at Bratland Law in the area of Criminal Law. Here, he dealt with criminal and juvenile cases, while specializing in legal research, client counseling, and memo drafting. Additionally, he interned for the University of South Dakota Athletic Department with a focus on compliance and contract review.
In his free time, Shay enjoys golfing, traveling, working out, and watching Duke Blue Devils and Tennessee Titans. He also enjoy being on the lake with friends and family.
