Spring joined Jellum Law in 2020. Spring is originally from Wisconsin and previously practiced several years as in-house counsel for a national commercial bank, where she gained significant experience advising on conventional and government-guaranteed lending, business law, banking law, real estate law, bankruptcy law, creditors’ rights matters and regulatory matters. Prior to her work as in-house counsel, she was a law clerk and attorney for a Minneapolis law firm, where she represented various clients and gained experience in business law, real estate law, and litigation. Spring has a significant appreciation for her colleagues and clients and prides herself on being able to work efficiently and effectively.
In her free time, Spring enjoys playing tennis, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends, including two very spoiled toy yorkies, Frosty and Tinsel.
